The Varia VS3 is a steeples grinder that uses an inclined angle of 76.5º for zero retention and better workflow.

• Retention( 10g dose): with RDT <0.1 /without RDT <0.2g 
• Stepless adjustment:(10 microns) relative vertical burr shift or 0.01mm per increment

* The Varia VS3 is apt for espresso and filter, however it may struggle with lighter undeveloped blends. Please carefully feed the beans slowly or adjust the dose to a slightly more coarser grind.
