How to preserve coffee so it doesn't lose quality
In order to preserve the freshness of coffee, it is essential to store it taking into account the most common factors that affect the quality of coffee: contact with air, excess humidity and prolonged exposure to light and heat.
To avoid that your roasted coffee loses its flavor and aroma, it is highly recommended to store it in an airtight container, preferably vacuum packed and at room temperature. If the container is transparent, it is better to store it in a dark place, such as a closet, to avoid exposure to sunlight.
