Shipping

Spain & Portugal 

We ship throughout the peninsula via MRW, Correos or Correos Express. Delivery time is approximately 24-48 working hours, from the time of collection by the transport company in our offices.

- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are fixed for orders that have an amount of less than 5,90€. From 70€, shipping costs are free.

- Delivery time: Orders placed before 13.00h are processed and shipped on the same day, provided that it is a working day. For orders placed after this time, the order will be processed on the next working day.

*The islands of Madeira and the Azores are excluded. The Canary and Balearic Islands have other shipping characteristics (see below).

IMPORTANT: In summer periods such as Christmas, Sales, BlackFriday etc, delivery times may be subject to change.

Europe

We ship to Europe, subject to prior quotation and customer approval. Shipping costs will be calculated on the basis of the volume of the order and will be included in the invoice after prior information and acceptance of the customer. In addition, you have the option to pick up the order through a transport company of your choice, you will have to indicate: COLLECTION IN STORE and inform us of this company to control the collection.

Andorra

Returns

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery/receipt of the product purchased online. (According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).

Returns Process

NOTE: CANARY ISLANDS are excluded and must organise the return at their own expense.

OPTION: We offer the option of collection, the cost of this is service is €5.90 + VAT.

It is worth mentioning that in the event that the buyer has regretted the purchase or wants to exchange the product for another one, the direct costs of returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer, as established in the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

Defective Items

If the customer receives a defective product, please contact us within 14 days from receipt of the order. We will arrange the collection of this and after examining the product we will indicate whether the product will be replaced or refunded.

In the event that the product(s) cannot be replaced, you will be reimbursed for all costs including delivery costs incurred and the costs incurred by you in returning the product(s) to us.

Returns and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds of the full amount paid for the entire order. The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase, or via a discount voucher for a future purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email which will allow you to follow the status of your order.

Orders shipped within mainland Spain and Portugal have a MRW 24h delivery service. If your order is sent by pallet, the delivery time is 48-72h.

- Orders to the Balearic Islands take between 2 and 4 days.

- Orders to the Canary Islands take 3-5 days due to customs clearance. Please note that an additional charge for customs clearance applies.

- Orders to Europe 3-5 days depending on location.

Orders that have not yet been processed by our warehouse may be changed or cancelled, please notify us as soon as possible.

Please contact us immediately to correct the address before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped and picked up, we will make every effort to change the address, but please note that an additional shipping fee may apply. 

You can subscribe to be notified by email when it is available again.

Please contact us to process the return or replacement within 14 days of receipt of the goods, indicating the order number, date of purchase, customer number, item reference and reason for return.
