The method of brewing coffee through a dripper is very simple: insert a filter (paper, metal or other compound) into the dripper, add the coffee and then pour hot water little by little to expand the coffee until it filters the coffee into the carafe or cup provided.
There is a wide variety of drippers available (V60, Chemex, Clever, etc.), but the coffee brewing process is very similar.
